| 1 | cup | Chopped walnuts; (optional) |
| 4 | cups | Apples peeled colored chopped about 4 medium apples |
| 2 | tablespoons | Powdered sugar |

In large bowl beat eggs sugar oil and vanilla until smooth Blend together flour cinnamon and salt Add flour mix to egg mix; blend well Dissolve baking soda in water, add to batter Add nuts (optional) and apples Spoon batter into greased 9²x13² baking pan Bake at 350° about 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
