Pennsylvania dutch apple cake

3 | cups | All - purpose flour |

1 | cup | Cooking oil |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla extract |
⅓ | cup | Orange juice |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
Directions
Toss the apple slices with ¼ cup sugar and the cinnimon ; set aside. Mix together the flour, 1½ cups sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla, orange juice.

(The batter will be very thick). Spread a 3rd. of the batter in a greased 10 inch tube or bundt pan, top with half the apple mixture. Repeat layers ending with batter.
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove pan to wire rack; cool for about 10 minutes. remove cake from pan.
