Nasturtium salad

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
10 \N Nasturtium flowers
½ \N Radiocchio lettuce shredded
1 \N Small crisp lettuce washed
10 \N Sprigs of parsley
6 \N Black olives, stoned
3 \N Tomatoes; cut into wedges
4 \N Spring onions; slivered
½ \N Ripe avocado; diced
5 tablespoons Vinaigrette

Serves 2-3

Put the prepared ingredients into a large salad bowl, reserving four of the flowers. Toss in the vinaigrette, then decorate the salad with the remaining flowers.
