My family's favorite brownies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Chocolate (unsweetened or
\N \N Semisweet)
1 cup Butter
4 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 dash Salt
\N \N Chopped nuts (optional)
\N \N Chocolate chips (optional)

Slowly melt the chocolate and butter in a large saucepan. Add all of the other ingredients, and mix well. Pour into a greased (Pam works well) rectangular baking dish, and bake at 325F for about 25 minutes (or until done).

These brownies are pretty fudgy, but I have always gotten raves for them.
