Yield: 1 batch
|½ cup||Small dried red chilies|
Put ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove chilies with slotted spoon to a blender. Add about ¼ c water from pan. Puree. Store in refrigerator.
