Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Sized green peppers, seeded |

| ¼ | pounds | Mushrooms, thinly sliced |
| ¾ | pounds | Ground round |
| 1 | teaspoon | Bulk sausage spice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | pounds | Can of tomatoes |
| ¼ | pounds | Elbow macaroni, cook & drain |
| ¼ | pounds | Bulk sausage |
Directions
Heat bacon drippings in a large kettle or Dutch oven. Add onions and green peppers, stir fry until tender. Add mushrooms and stir fry 5 minutes; add beef and sausage; stir fry, breaking up clumps with a spoon, until meat is no longer pink, stir in chili powder, salt and pepper.
