Mustard rub

| 3 | tablespoons | Dried oregano leaves |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | cup | Grainy Dijon mustard |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder and garlic powder; add mustard; stir well to mix; add salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
Spread or pat onto beef up to 5 hours in advance of cooking. Store in a refrigerator.
