½ | pounds | Ground chicken |
½ | cup | Milk |
1 | large | Egg, fork-beaten |
½ | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |

1½ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
1 | cup | Brown sugar, packed |
2 | teaspoons | All-purpose flour |
2 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
½ | cup | White vinegar |
½ | cup | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Prepared mustard |
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400øF oven for 15 minutes until firmed a bit and browned. Turn into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
Stir brown sugar, flour and dry mustard together in small bowl. Stir in vinegar, water and prepared mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven, basting 2 or 3 times with sauce, for about 45 minutes. Makes about 80 ham balls. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Company's Coming.
