Polish mushrooms with sour cream

Ingredients

| 6 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | large | Onion -- chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour -- minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| 1½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1¼ | pounds | Mushrooms -- sliced |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
In melted butter, in large skillet, saute onion till golden.
Sprinkle with flour; add milk and ¾ cup sour cream; while stirring, bring just to a simmer. Then add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining sour cream ; heat thoroughly, while stirring constantly.
Serve at once.
