Mum's classic hot chilli pickle

Yield: 1 Serving

Measure Ingredient
2 kilograms Green chillies
½ kilograms Mustard seeds
\N \N Salt to taste
½ kilograms Garlic
1 kilograms Oil

Grind mustard seeds in grinder. Add ground mustard seeds with garlic in blender and blend.

Wash chillies and cut into pieces.

Mix together with garlic & mustard seed paste. Add salt to taste. Finally pour oil over it and store away.
