Mum's classic hot chilli pickle

Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | kilograms | Green chillies |
½ | kilograms | Mustard seeds |
\N | \N | Salt to taste |
½ | kilograms | Garlic |
1 | kilograms | Oil |
Grind mustard seeds in grinder. Add ground mustard seeds with garlic in blender and blend.
Wash chillies and cut into pieces.
Mix together with garlic & mustard seed paste. Add salt to taste. Finally pour oil over it and store away.
