Mum's classic hot chilli pickle

Ingredients

| 2 | kilograms | Green chillies |
| ½ | kilograms | Mustard seeds |
| Salt to taste | ||
| ½ | kilograms | Garlic |
| 1 | kilograms | Oil |
Directions
Grind mustard seeds in grinder. Add ground mustard seeds with garlic in blender and blend.
Wash chillies and cut into pieces.
Mix together with garlic & mustard seed paste. Add salt to taste. Finally pour oil over it and store away.
