Multigrain buttermilk bread bmm

⅓ cup Cracked wheat
1¼ cup Buttermilk OR 5 Tb of dry
\N \N Buttermilk powder and 1 1/4
\N \N C water
1½ cup Bread flour(Plus 2 tb flour)
1½ cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Gluten
¼ cup Cracked wheat
⅞ cup Buttermilk OR 3 tablespoons
\N \N Dried buttermilk powder and
\N \N 7/8 cup water
1 cup Bread flour(plus 1 tb flour)
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Gluten
1½ tablespoon Wheat germ
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
¼ cup Cornmeal
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
3 teaspoons Red Star active dry yeast *
3 tablespoons Cornmeal
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1½ tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Red star brand dry yeast
\N \N (FOR ALL MACHINES)

1½ LOAF

1 POUND LOAF

* NOTE: for larger loaf - 3 teaspoons of dry yeast for all machines except 1 ½ pound Panasonic/ National machines (use 4 ½ teaspoons yeast)

Have all ingredients at room temperature, or warm liquid in microwave for 40 - 60 seconds on high.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.

After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
