Mr. food's shrimp diablo

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp
2¼ ounce Chopped green chilies, drained
1 tablespoon Butter
1 medium Tomato, diced
1 medium Celery stalk, diced
½ teaspoon Prepared yellow mustard
⅓ cup Orange juice

======================================================= ============== ==== == Rinse the shrimp, then peel and devein them, leaving the tails on. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes, or until pink. Stir in the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to low; simmer for 5 to 6 NOTE: Scallops or imitation crabmeat can be substituted for the shrimp. Try it over pasta or rice, too!
