Moscow potato salad

| 4 | Boneless chicken breast | |
| Halves, coked & diced | ||
| 1 | large | Cucumber, seeded, diced |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs, chopped | |
| 4 | teaspoons | Fresh snipped dill |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
The idaho Potato commission obtained this recipe on a trip to Moscow.
Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl toss potatoes with chciken, cucumbers and eggs, dill, salt and pepper.
Line a large platter with lettuce leaves and dome on mixture. Spread with mayonnaise to completely cover salad dome.
