Meuniere sauce 2

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Melted butter
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Salt Dash of pepper

Saute seafood in butter. DO NOT OVERCOOK. For example, shrimp are done when they change color to pink, about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the seafood. Brown the butter, add lemon juice and seasonings to it; pour over seafood.
