|2 pounds||Moose round steak; diced|
|Fat for frying|
|2 cans||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1 can||Milk, 10 oz|
|¼ cup||Onions; chopped|
Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
