10ouncesCream of mushroom soup
1cupWater
1packDry onion soup mix
1cupNoodles, wide, uncooked
10ouncesSliced mushrooms
1tablespoonKetchup
½cupSour cream
1Slice american cheese, broke

Directions

YOU WILL NEED: a frying pan with a lid, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon and measuring cups. 1. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add the ground beef. Scramble fry until browned and crumbly looking. 2. Add the next 6 ingredients to the beef. Stir. Cover. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pasta is tender but firm. Remove the lid. 3. Add sour cream and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
