Superb stroganoff

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin steak cut into thin stips
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ cup Chopped onion
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms; drained
1 pack (16 ounces) Birds Eye frozen pasta secrets creamy Peppercorn
¼ cup Water
⅔ cup Sour cream

In large skillet, brown sirloin steak in oil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Stir in onion and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

Stir in Pasta Secrets and water; cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream. Cook until heated through.
