Mock stroganoff

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 can (3-oz) mushroom pieces
1 can Mushroom soup
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Sour cream
\N \N Hot cooked rice; noodles or potatoes

Brown meat & onion in skillet, stir in flour & seasonings, add mushroom pieces & soup. Cover & cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving over rice, noodles or potatoes. Serves 6.
