Mom's blueberry muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Cups flour
2 Eggs, unbeaten
1¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Vegetable oil
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Blueberries

** Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil, and milk, mix well.

Stir in blueberries.(Best to use fresh berries as the batter can turn purple when frozen ones are used.)
