| ⅓ | cup | DARK CORN SYRUP |
| 1 | tablespoon | DIJON MUSTARD |
| 1 | teaspoon | GRATED LEMON RIND |
| ½ | cup | SUGAR |
| 1 | tablespoon | HORSERADISH |
| 2 | teaspoons | CUMMIN POWDER |
| 3 | tablespoons | CHILI POWDER |
| 3 | tablespoons | HOT SAUCE |

Directions
IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN, MELT BUTTER AND SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. BRING TO A BOIL.
REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS.
