Molded manadrins

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) orange gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 can (11-oz) mandarin oranges; drained
1 can (5-oz) water chestnuts; sliced
1 cup Orange juice
½ \N Lemon; juice of

Mix gelatin and water until dissolved. Add other ingredients and pour into 1-quart mold or 8 individual molds. Chill until set.
