1½ cup | Milk |
¼ cup | Shortening, melted |
1 \N | Egg, beaten |
10 \N | Slice bacon, cooked/crumbled |
\N \N | Creole Celery Sauce |
Combine first six ingredients, add milk, shortening, and egg mixing well. Stir in bacon. Pour batter into a well greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares, and serve with Creole Celery Sauce.
