Sparkling bread

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Self-rising flour
⅓ cup Sugar
1½ cup Blanc de noir sparkling wine
\N \N Melted butter

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar and sparkling wine. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place until it begins to rise, about 30 minutes. Place the dough in a buttered loaf pan and let it continue to rise for another 30 minutes. Drizzle melted butter on top of the loaf. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 1 loaf.
