Caribbean crab cakes

Ingredients

½poundsLump Crabmeat
¼cupOnion; minced
¼cupRed Pepper; minced
2tablespoonsJerk Spice
2teaspoonsHoney
½cupMayonnaise
1cupFresh Bread Crumbs
3tablespoonsButter
Sweet Lime Salsa; to serve

Directions

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salsa and the butter to form 12 crabcakes. Cook the crabcakes in the butter, over moderate heat, until golden brown on both sides. Serve with sweet lime salsa or other sauce.
