Fried crab cakes

1teaspoonDry mustard
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonMayonnaise
1tablespoonChopped parsley
½teaspoonPaprika
1tablespoonMelted butter Bread crumbs (1/2 to 1 cup)
¼cupButter or oil
1Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Directions

combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
