|1 tablespoon||Hot water|
|1½ teaspoon||Instant coffee granules|
|1 teaspoon||Unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1 cup||Skim or low-fat milk|
|\N \N||Ground cinnamon|
1. In microwave-safe mug or cup, combine water, coffee, cocoa, and sugar. Microwave, uncovered, on high (100 percent) 30 seconds.
2. Add milk to coffee mixture and stir to blend. Microwave, uncovered, on high (100 percent) 1½ minutes. If desired, add more froth to mochaccino by placing small whisk in cup and quickly rubbing handle between fingers. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and serve.
