In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa, coffee powder, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered. For each cup of cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6 oz. of boiling water. The author of this writes, ". . .I only use about ½ the cinnamon called for and only use about 2 tablespoons of the mix per serving."
