Cocoa mocha

Measure Ingredient
Teasp unsweetened cocoa
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tabsp instant coffee
1 pinch Skim milk
¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and instant coffee granules. Stir in milk. Stir over medium heat until tiny bubbles form around edge of pan and cocoa dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour equally into 2 cups or mugs. Makes 2 servings 1 Serving = 1 milk, ½ fruit, ½ fat 130 calories
