200 grams Yoghurt; thick yoghurt
100 grams Cucumber - skinned; seeds removed and

6 Fresh mint leaves; washed and finely
; sliced
1 tablespoon Honey
1 pinch Salt to taste

Place yoghurt in a bowl, add cucumber, mint and honey and mix together.

Refrigerate until ready for use.
