Cucumber raita

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt
2 smalls Cucumbers; Peeled, Seeded And Finely Diced (About 2 Cups)
2 mediums Green Onions W/Tops; Finely Chopped, About 4 T.
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend well, cover, and chill until ready to serve. Can be made up to 2 hours in advance.
