2½ | cup | Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced |
2 | cups | Yogurt |
2 | tablespoons | Mint leaves, fresh, minced |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Garlic clove, crushed |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together GENTLY, and refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours. The salt will break down the yogurt somewhat, and you will have a thin, flavorful, and refreshing yogurt salad dish.
