Cucumber, yogurt, and mint raita

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups Yogurt
2 tablespoons Mint leaves, fresh, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Garlic clove, crushed

Mix all ingredients together GENTLY, and refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours. The salt will break down the yogurt somewhat, and you will have a thin, flavorful, and refreshing yogurt salad dish.
