| 2 | cups | Thick, natural yoghurt |
| Same volume watermelon; chopped, peeled | ||
| 1 | pinch | Cumin; ground |
| 1 | pinch | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander leaves; chopped |
Directions
Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the diced watermelon, the spices and the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.
Serve chilled.
