Mint and yogurt bread

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 cup Plain yogurt; room temp.
3 tablespoons Fresh mint; chopped
Grated yellow rind of 1 fresh lemon
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Melted butter
¼ cup Plus 1 Tbsp. warm water

FOR 1-½ LB. LOAF

Add all of the above ingredients, select white bread and push start.
