Yield: 1 Servings
|3 tablespoons||Dry onion soup mix|
|1 tablespoon||Brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
|1 can||(8 oz) tomato sauce|
Sprinkle half of the flour on one side of meat; pound in with meat mallet.
Turn meat over and repeat with remaining flour. Cut into serving size pieces; arrange in 8" square baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour over meat. Cover with syran wrap and microwave on medium for 12 minutes. Rearrange meat. Cover again and cook on medium 12-17 minutes or till meat is almost tender. Let stand covered 10 minutes. Serves 4
