Michael cordua's cilantro dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Cilantro; cleaned/stemmed
2 \N Green jalapeno peppers; stemmed
4 \N Cloves garlic
¼ cup Vinegar
16 ounces Mayonnaise
\N \N Salt to taste

In the bowl of a blender, combine cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and vinegar.

Blend to liquefy.

Transfer to a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and combine thoroughly. Season with salt to taste. Use a a dip or condiment with grilled or fried fish, pork or poultry.
