|1 bunch||Cilantro; cleaned/stemmed|
|2 \N||Green jalapeno peppers; stemmed|
|4 \N||Cloves garlic|
|\N \N||Salt to taste|
In the bowl of a blender, combine cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and vinegar.
Blend to liquefy.
Transfer to a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and combine thoroughly. Season with salt to taste. Use a a dip or condiment with grilled or fried fish, pork or poultry.
