Chili-cilantro dressing

1 | 4oz can chopped green chilis | |
¼ | cup | Chopped fresh cilantro |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Fresh lime juice |
1 | 2 cloves garlic | |
2 | teaspoons | Honey freshly ground pepper to taste |
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. (one of those Braun hand blenders works really well-ac) Again, this is a sample from the NEW MCDOUGALL COOKBOOK. All typos are my fault, all good food due to the cookbook. By the way, no one even notices that this is vlf at potlucks.
