Mexican s.o.s.

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Onions
1 pounds Ground beef
\N \N Cumin
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
\N \N Rosemary
\N \N Thyme
\N \N Green chiles; roasted, chopped & diced
1 \N Chopped tomato; fresh or can
½ cup American or Monterey Jack cheese
\N \N Mexican rolls; toast or hominy

Start with onions....as many as you like. Chop & saute onions in butter or bacon fat. Add ground beef & spices to taste. Cook until meat is done. Add chiles, tomatoes & cheese & cook until cheese melts & mixture thickens.

Serve on toast, rolls or hominy. The hominy may be added along with the chiles & tomatoes.
