|6 \N||Taco shells|
|½ \N||Iceberg lettuce; shredded|
|½ \N||Red pepper; seeded and cut into|
|\N \N||; strips|
|1 \N||Jar pre-made Mexican relish or enchilada|
|\N \N||; sauce|
|\N \N||Cheddar cheese; grated|
Grill sausages for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Warm tacos shells and Mexican relish/sauce in accordance with pack instructions.
Place a layer of lettuce and pepper in the bottom of the shell. Add the sausage whole, spoon over a little relish/sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with extra salad and sour cream.
Cooks Tips Mango chutney gives this dish a sweet flavour. However use any chutney of your choice if you prefer.
