Mexican won tons

| 4 | ounces | Pepper Jack Cheese |
| ½ | small | Avocado |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 12 | Leaves Fresh Cilantro | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Press a won ton wrapper into each of 12 miniature muffin tins. Cut the cheese into 12 cubes and place 1 cube in each pastry cup. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pastry is golden brown and crisp. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and mash the flesh with a fork. Stif in the lemon juice and salt. When the won tons are done, remove to serving tray and top each with a dollop of guacamole and a cilantro leaf.
