SIMMER UNCOVERED UNTIL REDUCED TO HALF ORIGINAL VOLUME. ADD SWEETENER AND OREGANO, SIMMER AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES. DIVIDE EVENLY INTO 2 PARTS.
