Mexican pita pockets

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Lean ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
16 ounces Van Camp's Pork and Beans undrained
2 cups Shredded lettuce
1 cup Chopped tomato
4 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese
\N \N Plain yogurt

Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add beans and salsa, heat through. Spoon ½ cup mixture into each pita pocket half. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
