Mexican corn strips

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Onion powder
12 \N Corn tortillas
\N \N Butter flavor veg. spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip top heavy duty plastic bag; set aside. Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray; cut each into 8 strips. Place strips in bag; seal bag, and shake to coat.

Place strips in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake at 350F. for 15 min.

or until crisp. Cool on wire rack.
