Fried tortilla strips

68-inch corn tortillas, cut
Into julienne strips
½teaspoonSouthwest Seasoning, or to

Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. When hot, add tortilla strips and fry until crisp and golden, about 1 minute.

Remove strips from oil with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels and sprinkle evenly with Southwest seasoning.
