Mexican corn muffin

Ingredients

cupCorn meal mix (??? - see instructions)
¾cupSweet milk
½cupOil
½cupGrated cheese (your choice)
1tablespoonSugar
1teaspoonGarlic salt
1Jar (small) chopped pimentos
½cupCream style corn
1largeOnion; chopped fine
2Eggs
6slicesBacon; fried crisp and crumble fine
2Pods grated hot peppers

Directions

Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.

NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-½ corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-½ cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
