Mexican corn muffin

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Corn meal mix (??? - see instructions) |
| ¾ | cup | Sweet milk |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| ½ | cup | Grated cheese (your choice) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 1 | Jar (small) chopped pimentos | |
| ½ | cup | Cream style corn |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped fine |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 6 | slices | Bacon; fried crisp and crumble fine |
| 2 | Pods grated hot peppers | |
Directions
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.
NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-½ corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-½ cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
