Mexican corn muffin

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Corn meal mix (??? - see instructions)
¾ cup Sweet milk
½ cup Oil
½ cup Grated cheese (your choice)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 \N Jar (small) chopped pimentos
½ cup Cream style corn
1 large Onion; chopped fine
2 \N Eggs
6 slices Bacon; fried crisp and crumble fine
2 \N Pods grated hot peppers

Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.

NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-½ corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-½ cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
