¾ cup | Sweet milk |
½ cup | Oil |
½ cup | Grated cheese (your choice) |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Garlic salt |
1 \N | Jar (small) chopped pimentos |
½ cup | Cream style corn |
1 large | Onion; chopped fine |
2 \N | Eggs |
6 slices | Bacon; fried crisp and crumble fine |
2 \N | Pods grated hot peppers |
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.
NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-½ corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-½ cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
