Yield: 8 Servings
|1½ cup||Corn meal mix (??? - see instructions)|
|¾ cup||Sweet milk|
|½ cup||Grated cheese (your choice)|
|1 teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|1||Jar (small) chopped pimentos|
|½ cup||Cream style corn|
|1 large||Onion; chopped fine|
|6 slices||Bacon; fried crisp and crumble fine|
|2||Pods grated hot peppers|
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.
NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-½ corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-½ cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
