Mexican style cornbread

½cupYellow cornmeal
1teaspoonSalt
cupSalad oil
1cupCream style corn
3Chopped Jalapeno chiles
3teaspoonsBaking powder
2Eggs
½cupSour cream
1cupGrated cheese

Directions

Beat together eggs, salad oil & sour cream. Add other ingredients except cheese. Pour half batter in pan, add layer of cheese, then pour remaining batter over cheese. Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
