Mexicalli radiatore casserole

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Radiatore pasta
1 pounds Ground beef
1¼ ounce Taco seasoning mix
1¼ cup Water
10¾ ounce Tomato soup
2 cups Mozarella cheese, shredded

Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute ground beef in large skillet, drain fat, stir in taco seasoning, water and tomato soup. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in pasta and 1½ cups cheese. Place mixture in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350 deg f oven. Serves four.
