Meuniere sauce 1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Put in sauce pan and melt together-let sit until ready to cook. Cook seafood in sauce. DO NOT OVERCOOK. For example, shrimp are done when they change color to pink, about 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges to garnish. Spoon excess sauce from pan over seafood.

Variation: Dredge in seafood flour, with a little salt mixed in, prior to cooking.
