Mignonette sauce - bon appetit

3 | tablespoons | Finely chopped shallots |
Directions
Combine vinegar and shallots in small Season to taste with salt and pep- per. Refrigerate until cold. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
Used with oysters.
*Available at specialty foods stores and some supermarkets.
