Merle's pork spareribs

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Pork Spareribs, 3 Or 4 Lbs
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Ketchup
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup Oyster Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and coat ribs. Do not place the extra sauce in the pan as it will burn. Bake uncovered for 1½ hour at 350.

NOTES : Very tasty. Start with ¼ c sugar and then add more to taste.

Merle does not do any basting.
