2 cans | Sauerkraut (27 oz ea) |
2 cans | Water (using sauerkraut can) |
\N \N | Salt & cayenne pepper to; taste |
Preheat oven to 350~. Brown ribs in heavy skillet with small amount of fat. Place sauerkraut in a Dutch oven. Add water and seasoning.
Place ribs on top of kraut. Cover; cook 2 hours. Serves 6.
