Minnie pearl's spareribs

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Pork spareribs
2 cans Sauerkraut (27 oz ea)
2 cans Water (using sauerkraut can)
\N \N Salt & cayenne pepper to; taste

Preheat oven to 350~. Brown ribs in heavy skillet with small amount of fat. Place sauerkraut in a Dutch oven. Add water and seasoning.

Place ribs on top of kraut. Cover; cook 2 hours. Serves 6.
