|3 pounds||Pork spareribs|
|2 cans||Sauerkraut (27 oz ea)|
|2 cans||Water (using sauerkraut can)|
|\N \N||Salt & cayenne pepper to; taste|
Preheat oven to 350~. Brown ribs in heavy skillet with small amount of fat. Place sauerkraut in a Dutch oven. Add water and seasoning.
Place ribs on top of kraut. Cover; cook 2 hours. Serves 6.
